Drew Carey Weight Loss (Must See Photos)

Drew Carey has lost 80 pounds on his strict "no-carb" diet.

Drew Carey impressed many when he went to a party in L.A Wednesday night. In an interview with People Magazine he revealed that his weight loss was thanks a no-carb diet.

What is even more impressive is that thanks to this diet and exercise Drew Carey no longer as type 2 diabetes.

It was tough, Carey admits, he did cheat a few times but basically the diet means no pizza, bread, beans, corns, crackers and no starches of any kind.

Drew Carey also says that he's been doing lots of cardio workouts and drinks only water.

Congrats to Drew Carey on his weight loss success!

  2. WOW ~ His weight loss has inspired me to do a no carb, or low carb diet. I began Sunday and have lost 7 pounds in two days. I can eat bacon and eggs for breakfast; a hamburger for lunch; and a steak for dinner. I can snack in dill pickles or (real) cheese. I already find my appetite has lessened as these types of food satisfy my hunger. Bless Drew for encouraging me.
