The latest Bieber rumor claims "Justin Bieber Smoking Weed" and it is true, kind of.
While Justin Bieber isn't smoking weed on a daily basis and rumors of Justin Bieber caught with weed are false, he did do a scene on CSI where he smokes weed from a pipe and thus that is where the photo came from.
Bieber is giving acting a try, let's see if he has any skills in the acting area as he will be appearing on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in September.
