Woman Survives Necrotizing Fasciitis (Flesh Eating Bacteria)

Sandy Wilson survived a 5 year battle with a flesh eating bacteria called necrotizing fasciitis.

Sandy Wilson has just given birth when she was told that she had an infection after a c-section. She recalls that day, "When I looked down at my belly, basically all the skin was gone and I could see my internal organs," she said. "I remember seeing my intestines. I thought, 'There's no way I can live like this ... This is a death sentence.'"

Necrotizing Fasciitis can happen at any moment without warning and usually affects people with weak immune systems, cancer patients, obese people, diabetics and transplant patients. The flesh eating bacteria kills 20% of those affected and leaves many disfigured.

In the case of Sandy Wilson, the necrotizing fasciitis ate away her spleen, gallbladder, sections of her stomach and all of her intestines. She had to undergo several surgeries over 5 years during which she had to support lots of pain and even worse her husband left her.

Fugitive Tracy Province Captured in Wyoming

Two convicted killers escaped last month from a prison in Arizona, one of them, Tracy Province, was caught in Wyoming today.

Just 60 miles out of Yellowstone National park is where police found and arrested Tracy Province who was carrying a handgun.

There is still another fugitive to be found, John McCluskey, who was in jail for attempted murder. U.S Marshals believe that McCluskey may be nearby the area where they found Province.

Police also suspect Tracy Province and John McCluskey in the murder of a couple in Santa Rosa, N.M. who where found dead in their burned trailer.

Another inmate that had escaped, Daniel Renwick, was also arrested in Colorado last week but not after a shootout with the police. Renwick was also a convicted killer.

Barry Soetoro (aka Obama) Ratings Plunge

President Barack Obama, real name Barry Soetoro, has been receiving much criticism lately and now his approval rating have gone down to 41% with the October midterm elections just around the corner.

PrisonPlanet.com said today in a post on their site, "Obama has come under widespread criticism for preaching austerity and financial discipline even as his wife Michelle suns herself at an opulent resort in the Costa del Sol region while parading around in expensive designer clothing."

Obama is losing his popularity as talk of a second great depression and even Plutonomy increase.

He only has one way out as it is rumored that Obama will announce a huge debt relief for Americans who are own homes that are worth less than their mortgages. Will Obama have to pay mortgage and gas bills to get America back on his side?

“Plenty of Fish” Dating Site Running a Scam?

The popular free dating site plentyofffish.com was created by Markus Frind who with just one employee, himself, managed to create a popular dating site that bring in up tp $10 million a year, but could he be running a scam?

Over at DateRater.org you can view a report titled "The Plenty of Fish Romance Scam".

The report claims that Plenty of Fish (POF) has been using duplicate stolen pics. The private investigator says that POF said that all romance scammers will be deleted, however the ones that POF created are not deleted and are only given attention if reported.

The report goes on to say "POF could be the largest scam site ever." Currently the site seems to be down.

This Monday Letitia A. Long has been promoted as director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

This is the first time that a woman receives this position in the U.S as a leader of an intelligence agency. Long's position was made official at a ceremony in the agencies half-built campus in Springfield, Virginia.

Letitia A. Long has a 32 year career behind her. But what exactly is the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency up to? They are working on a mapping operation to use satellite imagery to create interactive 3D maps worldwide.

Brenda Barnes, Sara Lee CEO, Resigns Due to Health

Brenda Barnes, Sara Lee CEO, is stepping down from her position to focus on improving her health as she had suffered a stroke this year and was on a temporary medical leave since May 14th, 2010.

Brenda Barnes leaves her position as chairman and chief executive officer and she has also resigned from the board of directors and will not go for a re-election.

In the meantime Marcel Smits will carry on as interim chief executive officer and Mark Garvey continue as interim chief financial officer for the Sara Lee food company.

When Barnes took her temporary medical leave James Crown assumed position as chairman of the board, which he will continue after Barnes resignation.

Crown commented on Brenda Barnes leave, "We fully support Brenda's decision to step down as Chairman and CEO so she can devote all of her time and energy toward improving her health. We will conduct a thorough process to identify a CEO successor in a timely manner, and look forward to sustaining the momentum begun under Brenda's leadership."

Crown also added that during the 6 years that Brenda was CEO of Sara Lee she boost margins despite tough economy times and "transformed Sara Lee into a strong global food and beverage company with a focused portfolio of leading brands."

Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster Pregnant

Rod Stewart and his wife Penny Lancaster are pregnant and expecting their second child.

Rob Stewart is 65 years old but that isn't holding him back from having more children with his second wife Penny Lancaster.

Penny, 39, and Stewart already have a 4 year old son together, Alastair, and have been together for 10 years.

Stewart already has 5 children from his previous relationships for a total of 7 children so far and with the new baby on its way it will be his 8th.

The couple said that they were "thrilled and delighted to be able to tell Alastair that he was going to be the big brother to a little baby, expected just before Mummy's 40th birthday."

The legendary rocker and his wife recently celebrated their 3rd wedding anniversary in Portofino, Italy where they found out the good news of Lancaster's pregnancy.

However she is also making news for a shoot she did in a locker room on UCF campus.

University of Central Florida coach George O'Leary said he did allow Axis magazine to do a photo shoot with UCP cheerleader, Marie McLaughlin, in the campus locker room.

O'Leary said to The Orlando Sentinel:

"I approved the magazine," O'Leary told a Sentinel reporter after practice ended Saturday. "The guy called my office and basically wanted to know if they could do a magazine shoot. There was a UCF girl who had her MBA and all that. And the only thing I asked is, 'Is that a magazine that is distributed on campus?' And they said, 'Yes.' They've done I think four, since I've been here at least four, initial copies of football [previews] opening up the football season."

Since the news UCF has apologized for offending anyone with the photos and that they will be "reminding employees about the university's standards."

Matt Simmons, Predicted Oil Peak, Dies at 67

Matt Simmons died suddenly from a heart attack today in his home in Maine, he was 67 years old.

Matt Simmons was founder of Simmons and Company, a leading energy investment bank. He was a well respected man in the oil and gas community.

In his book "Twilight in the Desert", Simmons warned that the planets oil reserves where diminishing and where soon going to reach the peak of oil production. Thus he warned policy markers to move away from oil dependence.

Last month Simmons had launched OceanEngery.com which focuses on getting energy from offshore wind and wave energy. Our condolences go out to his family and friends.

Tim Tebow’s New Haircuit (PHOTOS)

Tim Tebow's new haircut continues to make sport headlines as the Bronco's quarterback had to undergo the rookie hazing haircut.

Tebow's haircut has left him looking like Friar Tuck, but everyone on the Denver Bronco's team has had to undergo a rookie passage.

For now Tebow may be making headlines with his new haircut but coming up soon is the Bronco's first exhibition game in Cincinnati next week. After that many will be looking at how Tebow's arm and legs work on the field.
