New Zealand Earthquake 2010 – Shakes Christchurch
The New Zealand earthquake struck about 35 miles from Christchurch city and caused much damage but fortunately no major injuries are reported.
The massive earthquake was measured at 7.0 with an aftershock of 5.7 only 20 minutes later. People are reporting that much of the electricity service is out. There are also damages to building and home as well.
