Carnival Splendor Fire UPDATE
The Carnival Splendor cruise ship, from Carnival Cruise Lines, was headed to Mexico when a fire broke out in the engine room. The fire left passengers "uncomfortable", according to the company’s CEO Gerry Cahill.

The Carnival Splendor fire took down air conditioning and toilets completely which of course the 3299 passengers didn´t like.
However recently an update notified that the cruise ship toilet system was working again and guests also had running cold water in their bathrooms. Yet there are still several systems down, such as the air conditioners.
The fire was put out completely however the cruise ship must now be towed to a port in Mexico.
To make up for the inconveniences, Carnival is refunding passengers their money for this trip as well as refunding their transportation costs and as a bonus they are giving them a free cruise as well, fire not included.
