Crystal Bowersox and Brian Walker Engaged
American Idol's Crystal Bowersox will soon be walking down the aisle, her engagement to Brian Walker is confirmed.
Brian Walker, also a musician, and Bowersox will be getting married next month according to E! News.
Although Crystal Bowersox, 25, didn't win American Idol, she is now recording her debut album.
This will be the first marriage for both sides however Bowersox has a 1 year old, Tony, from a previous relationship.
Lindsay Lohan Headed Back to Jail?
Lindsay Lohan was taking into custody without bail today. She was handcuffed in the courtroom and will spend a month in jail until her next hearing for probation violation after she tested positive for drugs.
Judge Elden Fox clearly stated that Lohan would be taken into custody without bail. The next hearing has been set for October 22nd.
Will Lindsay get her act together? This is the second time she has violated her probation and despite rehab she still tested positive for cocaine.
Portia De Rossi Name Change Complete
Portia De Rossi filed for a name change a few week ago and now the change is official. She is no longer named Portia de Rossi and now goes by Portia Lee James DeGeneres.
Portia and Ellen DeGeneres married in 2008. The L.A County Superior Court approved Portia's name change today.
While Lee was always Portia's middle name, James seems to be an added name. Heck in Pheobe from friends could change her name to Princess Consuela Bananahammock then why can't Portia have a little fun? Congrats to Portia for now finally having the last name of her wife!
Lyfe Jennings Sentenced to 3 Years
R&B singer Lyfe Jennings has been sentenced to 3 years in jail after a conflict with his girlfriend Joy Pound in 2008.
Lyfe Jennings was charged with DUI test refusal, criminal trespassing, discharging a weapon near a street, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and fleeing or attempting to elude a police offer. Jennings tried to escape the scene and led cops on a high speed chase.
Jennings took to twitter to post his good-bye message which read:
"This will be my last post. To everyone who gave me a chance I am forever in your debt. I have had a fabulous career because of you. All I can say in parting is that I have been honest. I didn't sugarcoat a word didn't hold back a single [part] of my life from [you]. I've lived a hundred lives in these 6 yrs so I not only won't, I don't have the right to complain. I would like to think that I've changed lives by changing my own, tho I can't be sure. But one thing I am sure of is God gives and takes away in measure. He is fair, just and forever."
OFFICAL American Idol Judges Announced!
It's official! Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler will sit alongside Randy Jackson as American Idol judges in the next season of American Idol.
The big announcement was made this Wednesday afternoon during alive webcast on the show's official website.
After the leaving of Simon, Ellen and Kara, filling in the gap will the music icons Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler.
Tyler said that he was excited to find new talent as well as kill them with love. Lopez said that she is also excited about this new journey in which he hopes to find the next Michael Jackson!
Reports on Lopez deal with the show say that she finally agreed on a $12 million deal after she had demanded $15 million.
Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder Marries Jill McCormick
Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder married his longtime girlfriend Jill McCormick in Hawaii this weekend.
Eddie Vedder's wedding was filled with celebrities such as Sean Penn and Jack Johnson.
This is Vedder's second marriage, he was previously married to Beth Liebling, and the first from McCormick. Together they have 2 daughters.

Randy Quaid and Wife Arrested for “Squatting”
Actor Randy Quaid, 59, and his wife Evi where arrested for squatting in his old home.
Quaid and his wife had been living in their previous home in Montecito, California which had already been sold to a new owner. They where staying at the guesthouse without permission. The homeowner called the police to have them arrested.
The Quaid's where charged with residential burglary and entering a non-commercial building without consent. His wife Evi, 47, was charged with resisting arrest as well. Both where put on a $50,000 bail.
The Quaid's claimed that they owned the house since the 90's but the new owner showed documents that proved that he had bought the home in 2007.
On top of everything, they are also being charged for damages they did to the home.
Top Gun Kelly McGillis Marries Girlfriend
Actress Kelly McGillis played the love interest of Tom Cruise in Top Gun but recently she married of girlfriend Melanie Leis in New Jersey.
Kelly McGillis and Melanie Leis held their civil union on Wednesday in Collingswood, NJ. McGillis had met Leis in 2000 when she was a bartender in a restaurant that McGillis owned with her second husband Fred Tillman.
Kelly McGillis already has two divorces on her marriage record and two daughters as well. McGillis came out as a lesbian in 2009.
Michael Grimm Proposes on Ellen!
Recent America's Got Talent winner Michael Grimm proposed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to his 3 year girlfriend Lucy Zolcerova.
The show was taped on Thursday and as Ellen was interviewing Michael Grimm she called down Lucy and he proposed.
Michael Grimm, 30, said about his soon to be wife:
"She's been there for me...Once you find that good woman you hang on to her."
Along with his $1 million prize, Grimm is also getting his own show in Las Vegas. Vegas isn't new to Grimm, he's already been working there for 3 years.

Actress Penelope Cruz has confirmed that she is pregnant!
The Oscar winning Spanish actress Penelope Cruz, 36, and her husband actor Javier Bardem, 41, are expecting their first child together.
Her reps confirmed that Cruz is 4 1/2 months pregnant. Cruz and Bardem where secretly married in the Bahamas this past July. Suspicions of her pregnancy where rumored about when Cruz was photographed with what looks like a baby bump while on the set of "Pirates of the Caribbean: on Stranger Tides".
No news yet on whether Cruz and Bardem are expecting a boy or a girl, but we will keep you updated with all the breaking news!
