US News College Rankings 2011 POSTED
US News released their list of College Rankings 2011 today.
You can see the full list of rankings HERE. The results where as expected, Harvard and Williams College topped each list.
National University rankings
1. Harvard University
2. Princeton University
3. Yale University
4. Columbia University
5. Stanford University
This year Robert Morse of U.S News & World Report said, "On a scale of 100, Harvard beat Princeton by 1."
Yale come in at 3rd and Columbia, who was in 14th place last year, moved up to 4th this year 2011. US News & World Report releases these rankings of U.S Universities and Colleges each year. They clearly state on their blog:
"Let me start by saying that here at U.S. News, we rank colleges and universities, we don't promote them."
NHL 11 Demo is HERE!
The NHL 11 Demo you've been waiting for is finally available on Xbox 360 and will soon be on PS3 as well.
Producers of the EA Sports NHL 11 demo said about the release:
“In the demo, you will get a first look at Hockey Ultimate Team. What is included in your HUT will be a starter pack, with a mix of prospects and some rare cards. You will get to play through an offline tournament. In each portion of the tournament bracket you get to play will be the 3rd period of the game. If you you win, you move on. If you lose, you start from the beginning of the tourney.”
In addition there will also be a Battle for the Cup game on the demo. The match will be Chicago Blackhawks vs Philadelphia Flyers in Game Seven, 3rd Period.
The NHL 11 demo should be available later today on PS3 around 2PM Pacific time. However this may vary depending on Sony's protocols for accepting games.
Eli Manning Injury is BLOODY! (VIDEO)
The Giants quarter back, Eli Manning, smashed into a player face-mask spewing blood on the turf.
Eli Manning's helmet popped loose and as he fell forward hit smashes his head into DB Jim Leonhard's helmet. The crash caused a 3 inch gash on his forehead. It took 12 stitches to close it back up.

The team officials reported that there are no signs of concussion and X-rays came back negative. Eli Manning was sent home to rest.
However coach Tom Coughlin will have to wait for Manning's swelling to come down completely before he can put a helmet on to practice. So there is no news yet as to when Manning will be back.
Eli Manning commented about the bloody collision:
“I feel fine. I feel normal. The play was my fault. We had a run play with an option to throw a fade that I thought I might try, but Brandon was coming right up the middle. Sometimes you make a mistake and you get hit in the head. It’s preseason. You learn from it. I’ll be back as soon as I can [...]It’s not really an injury. Nothing serious. I feel like I could go back out and play right now if I had to.”

What is Sylvester Stallone’s Real Height? Expendables Image Questioned
As The Expendables topped box office charts this weekend, many have been Google-ing for "sylvester stallone height" so here is the answer to: How Tall is Sylvester Stallone, REALLY?
It seems unclear. Most reports say that the Italian Stallion is 5'9 or 5'10. However in the poster for the movie The Expendables, Stallone appears to be taller than co-actors Bruce Willis and Mickey Rourke who are at least 5'11.
The poster seems to just be an optical illusion as the bigger guys are standing at an angle. The tallest man in the reporter is Dolph Lundgren who is 6'4 - and Stallone doesn't even look an inch shorter!
Does Sylvester Stallone get the Tom Cruise treatment?
Here is the full run down on the heights of all the actors in The Expendables poster (via Yahoo Buzz):
Sylvester Stallone: The leader of "The Expendables" is 5 feet, 9 inches of barely controlled rage.
Jet Li: The martial arts expert is 5' 7" and looks it on the poster.
Dolph Lundgren: Stallone's nemesis in "Rocky IV" is a tall drink of water at around 6' 4". Yet he looks just barely taller than Sly on the poster.
Bruce Willis: The bald bad boy appears shorter than Stallone on the poster, but according to the New York Post, he's actually a few inches taller.
Mickey Rourke: Same as Mr. Willis -- he's 5' 11" but appears shorter.
Jason Statham: The gruff Brit is apparently the same height as Stallone, but looks shorter. Men's Fitness actually has Statham at 5' 11".
Steve Austin: The wrestler formerly known as "Stone Cold" is 6' 2," according to the WWE.
Terry Crews: The ex-NFL star is also 6' 2" -- or so says NFL.com.
Randy Couture: Perhaps the scariest of the bunch, this cage-fighter is 6' 1" in real life.
Tila Tequila Attacked (VIDEO)!
As we reported yesterday, Tila Tequila was attacked by Juggalo's at an Insane Clown Posee concert, now the video has surfaced!
TMZ provided the video of the attack on Tila Tequila by Juggalo's, which are followers of the man Insane Clown Posee.
Tila isn't going down easy, she said via twitter:
“Thank you everyone for your support. The people at Juggalos behavior was disgusting and I am filing a suit against Them now. Thanks 4 ur luv"

Obama Shirtless PHOTO
Obama though that taking a swim with his daughter in the Gulf of Mexico would be a great way to let people know that the waters where safe again after the BP oil spill, however photographers where not allowed to take pictures of his swim.
The White House only released 1 photo of of Obama swimming. But he never really swam in the Gulf but instead at Alligator Point in St. Andrews Bay. For some reason this time around Obama didn't want any shirtless photos of him going around.
Rooney Mara in “Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”
Sony Pictures Entertainment and director David Fincher have been searching high and low for the right actress to play Lisbeth Salander in "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" and finally they've given the lead paper to Rooney Mara.
"The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo" will also be starring Daniel Craig. The movie is set to begin filming in Sweden during the fall and will hit theaters on December 21, 2011.
Rooney Mara has signed a deal that gives her the option to participate in the next sequels called The Girl Who Played With Fire and The Girl Who Kicked The Hornet's Nest. All these movies are based on a trilogy by Steig Larsson.
Dashawn Longfellow Murdered by Kickboxer
Dashawn Longfellow, former U.S Marine, traveled to Thailand to learn Muay Thai, but his vacations ended quickly after British kick boxer Lee Aldhouse reportedly stabbed him several times and left him dead.
Police are now in search of Lee Aldhouse who they believe followed Longfellow to his hotel room and ambushed him when he was leaving his hotel room.
Witnesses also reported that Aldhouse and Longfellow had a bar fight which Longfellow was winning.
Aldhouse is known for bragging about being invincible but Longfellow was winning the bar fight but he didn't finish as they where later separated.
Later Aldhouse took the low road and decided to settle things unfairly by stabbing Longfellow several times and killing him. Longfellow was with his girlfriend, Oi. He rushed her into the room to protect her from danger, but when police come it was too late.
Sara Rue Weight Loss PHOTOS!
Sara Rue is happy to show off her slim body after having lost 50 pounds!
Sara Rue recently accepted the task of being a Jenny Craig spokeswoman in December and since then she has shed off 50 pounds with the program.
Sara Rue says that aside from eating portioned meals, she also does 45-60 minutes of cardio at least 5-6 days during the week.
Now Rue who used to wear size 14 is down to a size 6 and she couldn't be happier because she is also planning to get married in Spring! Congrats to Rue on her impressive weight loss!
Craigslist Killer Dies – Commits Suicide in Jail
Yesterday we reported on the suicide of Philip Markoff, also known as the "Craiglist Killer". (Craiglist Killer Dies)
Today more news comes in on what seems to be an apparent suicide. Markoff was found with a plastic bag tied over his head. However an investigation is underway as well as an autopsy.
Philip Markoff was awaiting his trial for the murder of model Julissa Brisman in 2009, he also faced robbery charges which seem to also have been women that he found via Criagslist.
As the investigation is ongoing, the authority is wondering how Markoff was able to sneak in a plastic bag. There are no more details for now as officials cannot talk to reporters during the investigation.
