RECALL on Children’s Medicine 2010

The FDA has issued a recall on several children's medicines.

Although the FDA says that serious health problems are very remote if children took the recalled medicine, they are still issuing a recall as precautionary measures.

The recalled children's medicines are:

Tylenol Infants' Drops
Children's Tylenol Suspensions
Children's Tylenol Plus Suspensions
Motrin Infant Drops, Children's Motrin Suspensions
Children's Zyrtec Liquids in Bottles
Children's Benadryl Allergy Liquids in Bottles

The recall comes from McNeil Consumer Healthcare who issued a voluntary recall after they consulted with the FDA.

The problem with the medicines seems to be that some may have a higher concentration of an ingredient that is listed on the bottle, while others may contain particles and some may even have inactive ingredients that don't meet the internal testing requirements.

KFC Double Down Chicken Sandwich

Just when your about to quit fast food and venture on a health diet KFC comes to lure you in with their new "Double Down Chicken Sandwich".

What makes the KFC Double Down Chicken Sandwich different from other fast food burgers is that it has no bread! Instead of 2 bread buns you get 2 crunchy chickens and in between are slices of bacon, two melted slices of cheese and a mayo.

The sandwich itself it a lot smaller than what it looks like on the official KFC ad but that goes for the majority of burgers no matter what the food chain. However even though there is no bread that doesn't mean that this $5 bun-less burger is a health choice. Check out the comparison chart below:
