Happy 4/20! What is the 4/20 Meaning?
The 4/20 meaning is basically also known as Weed day. April (4th month of the year) 20th is Weed Day.
According to sources a group of teenagers at San Rafael High School known as the "Waldos" would always get together after classes at 4:20 PM to smoke marijuana, 420 was their code for saying "let's go smoke weed". This number was then turned into a celebration in North American and now many other countries who celebrate this as Weed Day.
In the U.S some states like California can legally sell marijuana for medical purposes but this is a state law so the Federal Law can still shut down the "dispensaries". Many people today are fighting to legalize marijuana while other want to stop the use of this drug.
So you can except many people lighting up their "stash" today at 4:20 PM or maybe even all day! A fun fact, 4/20 is also Hitler's Birthday and when the Columbine massacre occurred.
9th Most Dangerous Volcanco: Hekla – Erupted?
Many people are confused right now on the news that the 9th most dangerous volcano in the world, Hekla Volcano, has erupted.
The Hekla Volcano is located on the south Iceland and is a lot easier to pronounce compared to the volcano that currently is erupting, Eyjafjallajökull.
The Icelandic Meteorological Office said that despite sources saying that the Hekla Volcano is erupting, they see nothing and their in the middle of the Icelandic Met Office.

The Iceland volcano has formed such a large ash cloud that many airports have closed and many flights are being delayed.
The Eyjafjallajokull volcano began to erupt again after almost 200 years of inactivity.
7.1 China Earthquake Today 2010
The China Earthquake Today left over 400 people dead and 10,000 injured.
The earthquake began at around 7:49 EDT and aftershocks have already begun since then.
According to the US Geological Survey the earthquake was a 6.9 magnitude but according to the China Earthquake Networks Centr it was a 7.1 magnitude.
The China Earthquake Today took place near Tibet in Qingha. Qingha is a farming area that has a population of around 100,000 people.
There are thousands of people that are without power, houses destroyed and the authorities predict that the death toll will rise as the continue to rescue and discover more bodies within the debris.
Poland President Dies in Plane Crash
The President of Poland, Lech Kaczynski, died in a plane crash along with 97 other people.
The plan was carrying the Polish President and several other top political and military leaders of Poland.
The plane tried to land in heavy fog and missed the runway only to collide into a heavy area of trees where the plane exploded.
Kate Middleton and Prince William ENGAGED?
Could Prince William be headed to the alter? There are rumors that the Prince will soon pop the question to his girlfriend Kate Middleton.
Prince William, 28 years old, and Kate Middleton, 27 years old, are said to be engaged in June and that the wedding will take place in November. The couple have been dating since 2003.

Katie Spotz, 22 years old, is the youngest person to row over the Atlantic Ocean.
It took Katie Spotz 70 days, 5 hours and 22 minutes to complete her 2,817 mile journey and at just 22 years she has become the youngest person to row the Atlantic. Not only did she complete her personal goal but she also raised $70,000 for the Blue Planet Run Foundation.
Mexican is World’s Richest Man
A Mexi-CAN has been declared the World's Richest Man, Carlos Slim Helu.
Carlos Slim Helu beat Bill Gates this year. He is the owner of America Movil and according to Forbes.com: Slim's fortune has swelled to an estimated $53.5 billion, up $18.5 billion in 12 months. Shares of America Movil, of which Slim owns a $23 billion stake, were up 35% in a year.

Turkey Earthquake 6.0
A 6.0 magnitude earthquake struck Turkey yesterday leaving dozens dead.
The epicenter of the earthquake was recorded to be south-southeast of Elazig. There are many causalities but there is still more information being recollected as to how many are hurt and what the damage is. There are still aftershocks being reported. UPDATE: some sites are reporting that there are over 50 people dead.
